Booking Cancellation
Early cancellation
The guest can cancel free of charge until 40 days before arrival.

Late cancellation
The guest will be charged 30% (prepayment) of the total booking price if they cancel in the 40 days before arrival.

No Show
If the guest does not show up on the expected day, the total price of the booking will be charged.

Prepayment
30% of the total booking price will be charged the provided credit card 39 days prior to the arrival. The hotel might inform the guest about the charges by a reminder email.

Children & Extra beds

All children are welcome.
All children using existing beds stay free of charge.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children’s cots/cribs.
All children over 2 years are charged EUR 5 per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 2.

Internet | Parking | Pets
Internet
Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Parking
Free private parking is possible on site (reservation not required).

Pets
Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
